This session is for the brave, the curious, and the ready — for anyone feeling stuck, lost, sabotaged by their own patterns, or simply yearning to finally come home to themselves. This is not surface-level healing. This is alchemical soul work that honors your darkness just as much as your light. Because the truth is — you can’t fully embody your radiance until you’ve sat with your shadows and loved the hell out of them. Understanding the Shadow & Your Inner Parts
Within every one of us lives a Shadow — not something to be feared, but to be seen, heard, and healed. This Shadow is made up of the parts of you that were once too much, too loud, too scared, too sad, too sensitive — so they got buried. These are the splintered parts of your psyche, often frozen in time, still holding onto the emotions, beliefs, and fears from the moment they were created. And then there's your Higher Self — your soul, your intuitive essence, the unshakable part of you that has always known who you really are. Together, your Higher Self and Shadow create a divine yin-yang within. True healing comes from reuniting the two — when your Highest Self lovingly witnesses and integrates your forgotten parts.

Here’s How Our 2-Hour Session Unfolds:
1. Energetic Scan with Reiki
We begin with a calming Reiki session where I tune into your energetic field, scanning for any
imbalances or blockages within your chakras. This helps us get a read on what your body and
spirit are ready to reveal.
2. Chakra Selection
You’ll be invited to choose one chakra to focus on for the rest of the session — often, the one
that’s calling out for healing will make itself known during the Reiki scan.
3. Deep Transformational Coaching + Parts Work
We enter the coaching space to explore your inner world — specifically, the parts of you residing
in the chosen chakra. These parts are younger versions of you that you've had to hide tosurvive. With guidance from your Higher Self, we begin to lovingly meet and understand these
parts.
4. Energetic Integration with Reiki
Once we’ve uncovered and processed these parts, we return to Reiki — this time with deeper
awareness — to clear, soothe, and integrate the energetic shifts that took place during the
coaching.
5. Soul-Led Integration & Reflection
We close with space to talk about your journey — what came up, what landed, what felt
powerful — and I’ll offer any intuitive insights, tools, or practices to help you continue your
healing beyond the session.
